More freedom to add extra data to the products. As of now, Stoffenmanager® lets you do this. Each premium account is able to create 10 extra fields at company level. These are free fields and can be used as you wish. The fields can be created via the company settings icon . This icon is new and can be found in the top right-hand corner. The fields that are created appear again in the first input screen when creating or modifying a product. All the created fields are also available as columns in the list of products, which is handy when selecting, sorting or exporting via Excel.
Please note, the company details are therefore moved from the left-hand menu (Administrator > Company details) to the upper right of the page and can be accessed via the company settings icon . The following information can be found on this page:
- Company details.
- Switch on/off Digital Product Depot. Stoffenmanager® offers increasingly more options for switching facilities and modules on and off. This keeps Stoffenmanager® transparent. Non-essential components can be switched off and are therefore not visible.
- Filling in notification settings. This was initially to be found via Administrator > Notification settings.
- Create your own product fields.
